The NHS COVID pass will close on 4th December 2023.
Should patients require their vaccination history for travel, employment or university, this information can be found on the Patient Access or NHS Apps if you have requested full access to medical records.
All patients with the apps should be able to see data from December 2022 onwards without having to apply. This can be very useful for checking test results as soon as they are viewed by the GP/Nurse and reading copies of consultations or hospital letters we have received.
