Due to a rapid increase in the practice list size over the last 12 months, Colliery Court Medical Group has taken the regrettable but necessary decision to close its list to new patients from 16 October 2023 for a period of 6 months. This is to ensure that the surgery can continue to provide safe care to patients already registered at the practice.
This means that until further notice, Colliery Court Medical Group will not accept new patient registrations. The following exceptions apply:
• New-born babies and dependent children of existing patients
• Patients from the practice’s allocated nursing/care home
Anyone who already has a new patient check booked in will still be able to attend and will be registered at the practice.
