The Admiral Nurse Service is pleased to be able to start holding drop in clinics at our base to support those who have a dementia diagnosis, are querying one or are a carer of someone and experiencing carer stress.
This service is open to anyone registered with a GP surgery in South Tyneside.

Time: Appointments given between 10am – 5pm
